Refunds

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
- Any chargebacks initiated by the cardholder will result in the suspension of future access to our services.
Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of any meals or containers.

Meal Containers
- We do not accept the return of meal containers for safety and hygiene reasons. However, our containers are recyclable and we encourage you to dispose of them in an eco-friendly manner.
